Supervisor

About the Role

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily on-site construction and structural system activities at project locations in Mumbai. This full-time, on-site role includes planning and allocating work to site teams, monitoring progress against project schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate work to site teams.
• Monitor progress against project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Verify materials and equipment availability.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed.
• Guide and support team members.
• Resolve operational issues.
• Conduct site inspections.
• Report status updates to project management.
• Ensure all tasks are executed efficiently, safely, and in line with company procedures and client requirements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong knowledge of site operations, safety protocols, quality standards, and basic construction drawings or plans.
• Ability to coordinate teams, allocate tasks, and monitor performance while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to make timely decisions under site conditions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work full time on-site in Mumbai and adapt to varying project schedules and site requirements.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience supervising construction or structural system projects, preferably within civil or structural engineering environments.
• Additional local language proficiency is beneficial.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
• Prior experience in post-tensioning or structural system projects is an advantage but not mandatory.
