About the Role

• This is a six-month paid internship designed for recent graduates and other early-career developers.
• Focuses on building real projects with AI and automation.
• Opportunity for potential full-time, onsite junior developer position based on skills and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Help build and improve websites, internal tools, and dashboards.
• Connect applications and data through APIs and automations.
• Use AI development tools such as Claude Code and Codex.
• Test, debug, and document work with team guidance.
• Explore practical applications of AI to improve business operations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Some coding experience from coursework, self-study, personal projects, or previous work.
• Curiosity about AI and a willingness to learn unfamiliar tools.
• Initiative, follow-through, and clear communication.
• Willingness to ask questions, take feedback, and understand code.
• Availability to work onsite in Phoenixville for 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship.
• Helpful to have experience with: JavaScript, Python, GitHub, APIs, or workflow automation.

Qualifications

• A degree is not required; demonstrate learning and building experience.
