Our finance team plays a pivotal role in scaling our backend support systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and audit-readiness across all client-facing financial workflows.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare, reconcile, and validate daily, weekly, and monthly financial entries using advanced Excel formulas and pivot tables.
- Support month-end closing activities including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries.
- Generate financial reports for internal stakeholders and clients using automated Excel dashboards and templates.
- Assist in vendor invoice processing, expense validation, and bank reconciliation with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with payroll, operations, and compliance teams to ensure timely financial data alignment.
- Identify opportunities to automate or streamline manual accounting tasks using Excel macros and functions.
