Key Responsibilities

Assistant Accountant

• Assist with preparing financial statements, invoices, and accounting documents.
• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Support bank reconciliations and accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Organize financial records and assist with month-end closing procedures.

Accounts Executive

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Prepare invoices, payment records, and account statements.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and reconcile customer or supplier accounts.
• Maintain accurate accounting documentation and support financial reporting.

Finance Executive

• Assist with budgeting, expense monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.
• Monitor cash flow, payments, and financial transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial information.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office applications.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial records.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Previous accounting or finance experience is beneficial; suitable entry-level candidates may also apply.
