About the Role
Narayani Renewable Green Energy Private Limited is an energy-focused organization committed to advancing sustainable and reliable power solutions in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This is a full-time, on-site Apprentice Electrician role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Learn to read basic electrical diagrams.
- Handle tools and materials.
- Route cables.
- Install fixtures.
- Support routine inspections under supervision.
- Participate in troubleshooting activities.
- Follow safety protocols.
- Document work performed.
- Receive on-the-job training to build foundational electrical skills.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of electricity and electrical principles.
- Skills in electrical work, including safe use of tools and installation support.
- Abilities in maintenance & repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshooting skills for identifying and assisting in resolving electrical issues.
- Foundational understanding of electrical engineering concepts.
- Ability to follow safety standards.
- Ability to work under supervision.
- Ability to learn new techniques on the job.
Qualifications
- Completion of a relevant ITI/diploma or vocational course in electrical trade is preferred.
- Good physical stamina.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic communication skills in English or local language.
