Key Responsibilities
- Solve routine problems, largely through reference material.
- Perform account maintenance services, account closure, deceased customer processing and US legal order processing.
- Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
- Work as an individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.
- Receive detailed instructions on all tasks.

- Core Banking Operations (incl. Payments) - Retail Banking Account Operations
- Excel in MS365
Qualifications
- Any Graduation
- This role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
