Job Overview
As a Growth Associate at Motozite, you will play a critical role in nurturing relationships with our high net-worth clients and closing high-ticket deals. This position requires a blend of sales expertise, relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of the luxury automobile market. You will be the face of Motozite, representing our brand to some of the most discerning buyers in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management
- Required to make 125 - 150 Calls a day to key customers.
- Understand clients' needs, preferences, and lifestyles to offer personalized vehicle recommendations.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales and Deal Closure
- Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing high-ticket deals.
- Conduct product presentations and test drives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the luxury automobile market.
- Identify opportunities for growth and new business development.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives.
- Customer Experience
- Ensure seamless and luxurious customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Handle client queries and concerns with professionalism and promptness.
- Gather feedback to continuously improve service quality.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in high-ticket items or luxury goods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury automobile market is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
