Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Founder on daily priorities, decision making, and execution
- Assist in strategy, planning, marketing, operations - wear different hats in a day
- Support product launch activities and coordination with agencies, vendors, and internal teams
- Help with market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis
- Support brand, marketing, and content initiatives
- Assist in operations, partnerships, and business development
- Prepare presentations, documents, reports, and follow ups
- Take ownership and solve problems across functions in a fast-moving startup environment
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous startup environment
- Ability to think independently and take ownership
- Interest in consumer brands, startups, beauty, perfumes, or D2C
