About the Role

An experienced graphic designer is needed to develop the visual identity and packaging for a new brand. This is a freelance, project-based opportunity, working closely with the founders from brief to final artwork.

Scope of Work

• Logo design and brand identity
• Colour palette and typography
• Packaging design and product labels
• Thank-you cards, packaging inserts and supporting brand materials
• Brand guidelines and final print-ready artwork

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity and packaging projects
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
• Knowledge of sustainable packaging materials and finishes, with the ability to recommend options that suit the product
• Experience with packaging dielines and print specifications, including CMYK, bleed, and safe margins
• Ability to prepare production-ready files and coordinate with printing and packaging vendors
• Ability to translate a brand brief into original, cohesive designs
• Attention to detail, clear communication and reliable delivery within agreed timelines

Qualifications

• Experience with lifestyle, beauty or wellness brands.
