Jr. Graphic Designer

About the Role

The Graphic Designer will create visual assets and layouts that reflect the Precious Alloys brand across print and digital channels, including marketing collateral, product catalogs, social media posts, presentations, and website graphics. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand design requirements.
• Develop concepts and mood boards.
• Produce high-quality designs.
• Iterate based on feedback.
• Prepare files for print and digital production.
• Maintain brand guidelines.
• Support visual storytelling for campaigns and product launches.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent software.
• Experience designing for both print and digital media, including marketing materials, social media creatives, and website assets.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual composition.
• Attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to translate business and marketing objectives into clear, compelling visual concepts aligned with brand identity.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback in a fast-paced environment.
• AI skills is an added bonus but not a deal breaker.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work, preferably with experience in manufacturing, jewelry, or related industries.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Freshers - 1 year experienced grads with expertise in Adobe skills (non-negotiable).
