About the Role

This part-time, remote Data Insights Analyst (Entry-Level) role at Le Profit focuses on supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Build basic reports and dashboards.
• Perform exploratory data analysis.
• Summarize key trends and patterns.
• Work closely with senior analysts and business stakeholders to interpret findings.
• Prepare clear visualizations.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations.

• Continuously learn new tools and techniques to improve analysis quality and efficiency.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Foundational skills in data analysis and statistics, including comfort with interpreting datasets, understanding basic statistical concepts, and performing exploratory analyses.
• Skills in working with spreadsheets and data tools, such as Excel or Google Sheets.
• Exposure to data visualization platforms or business intelligence tools.
• Basic technical skills, including familiarity with at least one programming or query language (for example, SQL, Python, or R).
• Ability to learn new analytical tools.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify patterns, investigate data issues, and propose data-informed solutions.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings in a simple, structured manner for non-technical audiences.
• Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote, part-time environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant education such as a degree or coursework in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, economics, business, computer science, or a related field is beneficial.
