About the Role

Your Retail Coach (YRC), an expert division of Mind-A-Mend Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., is a retail business management company specializing in front and back office operations for retailers. YRC supports growth-focused retailers who want to step away from day-to-day operations and scale their businesses effectively. The company works with young, dynamic, and visionary retail entrepreneurs who aim to move beyond traditional business approaches and adopt organized, process-driven management. By partnering with YRC, retailers can streamline store operations, enhance performance, and unlock their full growth potential.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing retail processes.
• Map workflows.
• Identify gaps in front and back office operations.
• Conduct process assessments.
• Recommend improvements.
• Document standard operating procedures.
• Support implementation of new systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives.
• Provide consulting insights.
• Train client teams on process changes.
• Monitor performance metrics to ensure sustainable improvements.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications
