About the Role

The Owner role at Arrotex Pharmaceuticals in Pune City is a full-time, on-site leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of local operations. The Owner will define and execute business strategies, manage key partnerships, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior leadership or ownership roles within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or related industries.
• Strong business management skills, including strategic planning, operations oversight, and financial acumen.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and ethical practices within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated capacity to work on-site in Pune City and manage day-to-day operational responsibilities.
