About the Role
Join Celebree School as a Childcare Aide / Assistant Teacher for the Two Year Old Class. This is an entry-level position focused on supporting lead teachers in providing exceptional care and education to children, ensuring their individual needs are met. You will be part of a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in classroom management, ensuring compliance with regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
- Assist in creating and implementing age-appropriate and stimulating lesson plans according to Celebree's curriculum.
- Assist in managing effective classroom transitions.
- Assist and supervise children during all activities, counseling them as needed using positive and appropriate discipline techniques.
- Ensure the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the classroom are appropriately maintained.
- Present a positive and professional image at all times, adhering to uniform requirements.
- Communicate effectively with parents, including greeting them, addressing concerns promptly, providing positive feedback, and offering updates on their child's development and classroom activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
