Elevate Integrations is a locally owned ADT Authorized Dealer in Arizona, helping homeowners protect their families and homes with ADT security and smart home systems.

The Role

Meet homeowners in neighborhoods across the Phoenix metro, start conversations, understand their needs, and set them up with the right security system. Most opportunities will arise from self-initiated conversations at homeowners' doors and within the community. This role involves spending most of the day outdoors and on your feet. Sales typically close in a single visit, with installations occurring within days.

Key Responsibilities

• Start conversations with homeowners and set appointments
• Clearly and honestly walk homeowners through ADT security and smart home options
• Close sales and schedule installs
• Maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM
• Represent Elevate at local events and in the community

Pay

• 1099 independent contractor, commission only
• $300 for every funded account, paid weekly
• Income is dependent on individual effort and results.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle
• Smartphone
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to obtain a city solicitor permit for door-to-door sales (assistance provided)
• CRM

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience is a plus (door to door, pest control, alarm, solar, roofing, retail, or any commission-based role), but not required if committed to learning.
• Coachable, self-motivated individuals who demonstrate consistency.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers and handling rejection.
• A long-term career interest in sales.
