Team members work closely with motivated learners and families who are planning long-term academic and career paths abroad.

The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Relationship Manager will engage with students and families on a daily basis, understand their study abroad goals, and provide guidance on available programs and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing ongoing communication with students and families.
• Scheduling consultations.
• Tracking student progress.
• Ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries.
• Coordinating with internal academic and counseling teams.
• Resolving issues.
• Maintaining accurate records in CRM or other systems.
• Supporting events, workshops, and information sessions.
• Building long-term, trust-based relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfort with using digital tools and CRM or database systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with counseling, academic, and operations teams.
• Prior experience in education counseling, study abroad services, or client-facing roles is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, counseling, or business is preferred.
• Demonstrated empathy, professionalism, and commitment to supporting diverse learners.
