Research Associate (Psychology & Neuroscience)

House Of Prama

About the Role

At House Of Prama, we believe mental fitness should become as normal and accessible as physical fitness. We're looking for our first Founding Research Associate (Psychology & Neuroscience) to help us build that future. This isn't a traditional psychologist role. You won't primarily be conducting therapy sessions or facilitating workshops. Instead, you'll become part of the small team that asks bigger questions: What should mental fitness look like outside clinical settings? What products, tools and experiences can genuinely improve everyday wellbeing? How do we translate psychology and neuroscience into something millions of people can actually use? You'll work directly with the founders to research, experiment, develop new ideas, validate concepts and help shape the long-term vision of House Of Prama.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct literature reviews across psychology, neuroscience, and behavioural science.
  • Research emerging trends in mental fitness, wellbeing, and human behaviour.
  • Contribute to the design and development of new products, services, and interventions.
  • Help identify and validate House Of Prama's long-term unique value proposition.
  • Participate in brainstorming, strategic planning, and product ideation.
  • Assist in designing pilot programmes and user experiments.
  • Evaluate research findings and translate them into practical applications.
  • Collaborate closely with the founding team on day-to-day execution.
  • Support documentation, research reports, and knowledge management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A completed Master's degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, Applied, Cognitive, Neuropsychology or related fields).
  • 0–2 years of experience after your Master's. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • An interest in neuroscience, neuropsychology, behavioural science, or cognitive science. Formal experience is a plus.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and the willingness to build something from the ground up.
  • Strong research and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written communication.
  • Excitement for startup life and working in an early-stage company.
