About the Role
Growths.in is seeking an Intern Graphic Designer, Video Editor, and Website Designer for a full-time, Work from home and on-site role in Bhopal. The intern will support the creative team in designing graphics, editing videos, and assisting with website design.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing graphics for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns, including logos and brand assets.
- Editing short-form and long-form videos.
- Creating motion graphics or simple animations.
- Optimizing visual content for various digital platforms.
- Assisting in website design layouts and UI elements.
- Basic content placement on websites.
- Following design briefs and meeting deadlines.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions.
- Staying updated on design and digital trends.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in standard design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.
- Willingness to learn new tools.
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., trimming, transitions, audio sync).
- Familiarity with common editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
- Exposure to website design principles and UI/UX basics.
- Exposure to tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or WordPress is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design.
- Ability to create visually appealing digital assets.
- Experience or coursework in Logo Design and Branding.
- Understanding of Typography.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Openness to feedback and iterative improvement.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Readiness to work on-site in Bhopal.
- Relevant academic background or training in Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
