About the Role

Solitech Solar is dedicated to advancing clean energy through innovative and reliable solar panel manufacturing. This is a full-time, on-site Cashier role based in the Greater Delhi Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer transactions.
• Process payments.
• Issue receipts.
• Maintain accurate cash and digital payment records.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries.
• Verify prices and discounts.
• Balance the cash drawer at the end of shifts.
• Report discrepancies promptly.
• Support front-desk operations.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to ensure a professional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical accuracy and basic math skills for handling cash and digital transactions.
• Customer service and communication skills to interact politely and clearly with a diverse customer base.
• Attention to detail and reliability in maintaining transaction records and reconciling cash drawers.
• Comfort with point-of-sale (POS) systems and common digital payment platforms; basic computer literacy.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced retail or industrial environment.
• Prior experience as a cashier, retail associate, or in a similar frontline role is preferred but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ethical conduct, punctuality, and willingness to follow company policies and safety procedures.

Additional training in accounting or commerce is an advantage.
