About the Role

• Part-time, hybrid role
• Based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Support marketing and outreach initiatives by recruiting, onboarding, and coordinating volunteers for various projects and events.
• Organize volunteer schedules.
• Maintain accurate volunteer records.
• Ensure clear communication regarding tasks, expectations, and timelines.
• Design and deliver basic volunteer training.
• Provide ongoing guidance and address volunteer queries to maintain engagement and satisfaction.
• Support community outreach activities.
• Help identify partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align volunteer efforts with project and client needs.
