Key Responsibilities
- Understand and follow established processes and guidelines for claim initiation and adjudication in the US Healthcare domain.
- Utilize various tools and systems to process claims, including data entry, verification, and validation of information.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of claims, adhering to service level agreements and quality standards.
- Maintain detailed documentation and records for each claim processed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as providers, payers, and other stakeholders, to resolve queries or issues related to claims.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills to stay abreast of changes in policies, regulations, and best practices in the US Healthcare domain.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance job-related skills and knowledge.
