About the Role

A full-time, remote position focused on building and maintaining high-performance web applications and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing front-end interfaces.
• Implementing back-end services and APIs.
• Integrating AI-driven features into web solutions.
• Collaborating with designers, product managers, and data specialists to translate business and performance requirements into reliable, scalable code.
• Troubleshooting issues.
• Optimizing site performance.
• Ensuring responsive design across devices.
• Maintaining clean, well-documented code that supports continuous improvement.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong front-end development skills, including experience with Front-End Development, Web Design, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Solid back-end web development capabilities, covering Back-End Web Development, Programming, and API integration.
• Demonstrated proficiency in core Web Development practices, including responsive layouts, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
• Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with integrating AI/automation services or data-driven features into web applications is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage time independently, and communicate clearly with distributed teams.
• Commitment to inclusive, user-centered design and accessibility best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
