About the Role

XG Telecom B.V. is a company that develops specialized engineering services for the telecommunications and broadcast industry. The role of an Assistant in Occupational Therapy involves supporting occupational therapy professionals in planning and executing treatment and rehabilitation measures for patients. This is a full-time position located on-site in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare therapy sessions.
• Accompany patients during exercises.
• Document patient progress.
• Assist in the development of individual therapy programs.
• Support the organization of home visits.
• Coordinate workflows between patients, relatives, and the therapy team.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Occupational Therapy & Rehabilitation: Basic knowledge in occupational therapy and rehabilitation processes to effectively support therapy planning and execution.
• Patient Care & Home Visits: Experience or interest in direct patient care, including support in a home environment.
• Program and Therapy Development: Ability to contribute to the creation and adaptation of individual therapy and support programs.
• Additional Competencies: Empathy, patient interaction, good communication skills, team orientation, structured and reliable work approach.
• Education & Language: A completed vocational training or a degree in occupational therapy, therapeutic, or nursing fields is advantageous. Good English skills are expected.
