About the Role
SONI SHIVLAL JEWELLERS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Jewellery Data Entry Person for a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately record and update product information, including item descriptions, weights, materials, prices, and stock details in company systems.
- Enter new inventory data.
- Verify existing records against physical stock.
- Maintain digital catalogues.
- Support the preparation of bills, tags, and labels.
- Coordinate with sales and inventory staff to resolve data discrepancies.
- Ensure timely updates for store operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to work with jewellery-related information.
- Basic understanding of Jewellery Design and Fashion Jewelry.
- Customer Service skills.
- Familiarity with jewellery handling and processes, including Polishing.
- Willingness to participate in Training and continuous learning.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Numerical accuracy.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets or inventory software.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Reliability.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Mumbai.
- Prior experience in data entry or retail inventory management is an advantage.
