IT HR Project Coordinator Intern & Data Analyst Intern

About the Opportunity

Global Consulting (GC) is inviting applications from enthusiastic freshers and students interested in gaining practical experience across IT Infrastructure Project Coordination, Human Resources, Recruitment, Data Analytics, and Business Operations. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to work on live IT infrastructure and technology projects, recruitment coordination, customer communication, operational reporting, and internal business activities. This internship is designed for individuals who want to develop professional skills through hands-on experience, practical training, and exposure to different business functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Project Coordination

• Assist in coordinating IT infrastructure, networking, software development, and technology-related projects.
• Track project tasks, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with engineers, developers, customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain project trackers, meeting notes, reports, and documentation.
• Assist with customer communication, follow-ups, and scheduling.
• Support project managers in monitoring project progress and resolving coordination issues.
• Gain exposure to IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, software, and AI-based applications.

2. HR & Recruitment Coordination

• Assist with recruitment activities, candidate sourcing, and CV screening.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
• Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Support employee onboarding, attendance, and general HR administration.
• Coordinate with candidates, employees, and internal departments.
• Assist with job postings, recruitment campaigns, and HR reporting.

3. Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

• Collect, organise, and analyse business, project, and operational data.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Create dashboards, charts, and management reports.
• Track project performance, operational activities, and key metrics.
• Assist with data cleaning, reporting, and identifying business trends.
• Analyse service delivery performance, resource utilisation, and project timelines.
• Support management with data-driven insights and recommendations.

4. Business Operations & Administration

• Support daily business operations and internal coordination.
• Assist with customer enquiries, service requests, and operational follow-ups.
• Maintain business records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and technical teams.
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and administrative activities.

• Freshers, students, graduates, undergraduates, and diploma holders are welcome.
• Candidates from educational backgrounds including B.Com, BMS, BAF, BBA, BA, B.Sc, BCA, B.Tech, BE, IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Human Resources, Management, and other related fields are encouraged to apply.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good spoken and written English.
• Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft Office skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and organisational abilities.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Confidence in interacting with candidates, customers, and internal teams.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• No prior professional experience or coding knowledge is required. Training and guidance will be provided.
