Key Responsibilities
- Collect blood samples from patients following established clinical procedures and safety protocols.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Verify patient information.
- Manage basic collection-related records.
- Coordinate with nursing and lab staff.
- Adhere to infection control and hospital policies.
- Provide courteous service and handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Support overall patient experience and departmental efficiency.
