HR Recruiter – Insurance Sales Hiring
About the Role
We are hiring an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter for a leading insurance broking firm in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for insurance sales positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate documentation and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and track sourcing, interviews, selections, and joining.
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing hiring requirements.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment; freshers are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and job portals.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets and timelines.

- Experience: 1–2 Years
- Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
