About the Role

This role focuses on ESG compliance and governance within Infosys Limited.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with global ESG regulations, frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD), and company policies.
• Monitor changes in ESG-related laws and standards; update internal processes accordingly.
• Collaborate to prepare and publish ESG reports aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate ESG data and metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle internal and external ESG audits; coordinate with auditors and ensure timely closure of findings.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with experience in handling audits and compliance documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering

• Familiarity with ESG rating agencies and disclosure platforms.
• Experience in financial analysis related to ESG metrics.
• Knowledge of sustainability trends and the regulatory landscape.
