About the Role
- Location: Clinton Township, Michigan
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:55 AM–3:40 PM
- Hours: 31.25 hours per week
- Contract: ASAP – June 16, 2027
- Compensation: $23/hr + $500 bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Provide instructional and behavioral support to students.
- Assist teachers with classroom activities, assignments, and lesson implementation.
- Support students with academic tasks, social development, and daily routines.
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, and other school personnel.
- Provide individualized assistance to students as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred.
- Strong communication, patience, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff.
- Passion for supporting student learning and development.
