Technical Content Manager

About the Role

OpenLoop is seeking a Technical Content Manager to establish and lead our technical content function from the ground up. This role will focus on our new and emerging platforms, guiding clients in leveraging our latest technology and becoming the voice of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform product roadmaps and release notes into client-facing and internal documentation.
• Create client feature release newsletters.
• Manage client- and platform-related communications, including assisting Customer Success with partner newsletters.
• Oversee the client-facing knowledge base.
• Manage the process of converting client and internal stakeholder feedback into clear notes for the product team.
• Develop and manage automation and AI to streamline the creation of client-facing and internal deliverables from product release notes.
• Lead the development of internal AI within the platform growth team to identify strategic focus areas across customer enablement, Customer Success, sales, and marketing.
• Build internal AI tools to track opportunities for growth in intake conversion rate optimization programs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong command of AI, with the ability to build multi-step workflows involving multiple teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with multiple teams.
• Strong command of technology, with the ability to simplify complex product and technical concepts.
• Healthcare experience preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical writing or similar business-to-business writing experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
