Key Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care under the guidance of experienced preceptors
• Rotating through various specialty units to develop diverse clinical skills
• Participating in classroom education, simulation, mentorship, and evidence-based projects
• Advancing expertise in cardiac, transplant, and complex medical-surgical care
