Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care Residency

About the Role

• This is a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) position in Critical Care, open to both new graduates and experienced nurses.
• Includes a comprehensive RN Residency Program and sign-on bonuses up to $10,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of patient care.
• Coordinate with other departments.
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
• Support the mission, values, and standards of care within the organization.

RN Residency Program Features

• An 8–16 week hands-on clinical training program.
• Includes mentorship, classroom learning, and leadership guidance.
• Designed to build clinical confidence and critical thinking skills.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in Missouri or a compact state.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Encouragement for new graduates.
• Preferred qualifications:
• BSN
• Relevant certifications
• Clinical experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand/walk frequently.
• Ability to assist patients safely.
