About the Role
Amazon is seeking Team Leads for its transportation team at the Delhi delivery center. In this role, you will be responsible for shift operations at our Delivery Centers (DCs) and support the DC Manager in performance management and driving the operational plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Center Manager to ensure the smooth function of Amazon transportation operations in Delhi.
- Execute the delivery process from the delivery station to the customer address.
- Ensure sufficient bandwidth in the delivery team to manage peak time deliveries.
- Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement.

- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity for the team in evolving situations.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Ability to speak, write, and read fluently in English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience with Excel.
