Market Development Representative

About the Role
RELEX Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic Market Development Representative to support inbound qualification and demand generation. This is a full-time, entry-level position based in our Atlanta office. Your mission is to act as the first point of contact for prospective clients and collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to drive demand generation across the US. This includes event warming and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to generate demand for trade shows, webinars, and other marketing events.
- Engage with prospects and customers via email and phone to generate demand in alignment with the Business Development team.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound leads, qualifying them and setting them up with Account Executives.
- Assist the Business Development team in researching new avenues into accounts, identifying potential new contacts, sourcing industry news triggers, and uncovering opportunities through analysis of companies' annual and financial reports.
- Contribute to preparation activities for prospect-facing meetings, which may include prospect and industry research, product research, and presentation configuration.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to engage with people via email and phone.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Strong motivation to work in the software space.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in business development or a related field is an advantage, but not a requirement.
