Customer Support & Sales Executive

About the Role

This is a full-time, work-from-office position based in Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inbound and outbound calls.
• Follow up with customers and leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable products.
• Handle sales enquiries and support lead conversion.
• Provide customer support and resolve basic queries.
• Maintain customer details and follow-up records.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Hindi is an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Interest in sales and customer support.
• Candidates interested in working with a product-based company are preferred.
