About the Role

Royal Collective is hiring a Marketing Associate to join our Laredo-based team. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in developing their skills in marketing, client relations, and campaign support within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to support client objectives
• Coordinate scheduling, territory planning, and appointment tracking
• Interact with business customers to provide information about products and services
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations as needed
• Track and report on key performance metrics and campaign results
• Support social media and promotional activities related to marketing campaigns
• Maintain and manage client accounts, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Collaborate with team members across marketing and sales functions
• Assist with onboarding and training support for new team members when applicable
