About the Role
HomezyTutor is a fast-growing education marketplace connecting parents with verified home and online tutors. This is a Part-time, Hybrid role (Online/Offline) for Home Tutor Opportunities in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with parents and tutors to understand tutoring requirements.
- Match suitable tutors to learners.
- Support smooth onboarding and coordination.
- Manage tuition leads.
- Maintain accurate records in our system.
- Ensure timely communication between parents and tutors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve tutor discovery.
- Address queries.
- Help enhance the overall experience on the HomezyTutor platform.
- Contribute to local outreach initiatives.
- Provide feedback to improve our services.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Computer literacy and familiarity with online platforms, spreadsheets, and CRM or lead management tools.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic sales, customer service, and relationship management skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Prior experience in education services, EdTech, or tutoring coordination is ideal.
- At least a high school diploma; a graduate degree in education, management, or related fields is an advantage.
