About the Role
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, people-friendly, and excited to build a career in HR. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, can adapt quickly, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. If you have a hustling attitude, like taking ownership, and believe in getting work done without being constantly followed up with, you’ll fit right in. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, open to new experiences, and ready to support both HR and office operations on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for intern and fresher-level roles, including screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating follow-ups, and maintaining candidate records.
- HR Operations Assistance: Work closely with the HR Manager in daily HR operations such as attendance tracking, leave management, maintaining employee databases, and updating internal records.
- HRMS Management: Handle and manage HRMS tools for maintaining employee data, attendance records, onboarding details, and other HR-related processes.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain proper documentation and ensure all HR records and trackers are updated regularly and accurately.
