About the Role

Grow Me Social is a full-cycle growth marketing agency. We connect brand identity, social media, SEO, paid performance, content, and web into one strategy for compounding revenue growth.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Founder’s Office Intern to work closely with the founders across different business functions. This role offers hands-on exposure to agency operations, from client servicing and strategy to execution and coordination. You will act as a bridge between internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely execution, and overall project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the founders on day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
• Assist in client servicing and manage communication across different verticals
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, performance, content) to ensure timely delivery
• Track project progress and ensure tasks are aligned with client expectations
• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for internal and client meetings
• Support in planning campaigns, workflows, and process improvements
• Handle follow-ups and ensure smooth execution across projects

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
• Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Candidates based in Bengaluru (preferred, though the role is remote)
• Interest in working closely with founders and understanding business operations
• Prior internship or experience in client servicing, operations, or marketing (optional)

• Duration: 04 Months
• Stipend: ₹8000 - ₹10,000
