About the Role
artha.link is building the infrastructure for creator-led hiring. As a Freelance Graphic Designer at artha.link, you will support the design needs of the brand and its creator-led hiring initiatives. This is an internship role, based on-site in Surat.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visual assets such as social media graphics, promotional materials, and digital content to communicate value to creators and communities.
- Create and refine logos.
- Develop brand visuals.
- Select and apply effective typography.
- Ensure consistency across all design touchpoints.
- Interpret creative briefs.
- Iterate on design concepts.
- Prepare final files for digital use.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual content.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive brand identities.
- Proficiency in Typography, with an eye for readability, hierarchy, and visual impact.
- Comfort using common design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar) and preparing assets for digital platforms.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Openness to feedback and iteration.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate in an on-site team environment in Surat.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant graphic design work.
- Prior experience in startup, creator, or community-led environments is a plus.
