About the Role

We're looking for a motivated designer to create product packaging and marketing content for a French and European clientele. Designs are driven by consumer psychology and business strategy, focusing on understanding the market, competition, and customer choice drivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design product packaging from concept to print-ready files for manufacturers, including dielines, dimensions, bleed, CMYK/Pantone, barcodes, and labelling.
• Create social media posts, ads, and motion graphics for French and European audiences.
• Study competitors and customer needs before every project.
• Refine and adjust designs based on feedback, quickly and with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Motivated, agile, and ready to deliver.
• Open to feedback and happy to rework designs.
• Driven by a sales mindset, curious about customer wants and buying motivations.
• Familiar with packaging and print files for manufacturers.
• Available for calls during European business hours, with flexibility.
• Freshers and junior designers with a strong portfolio are welcome.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skilled in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Skilled in a motion tool such as After Effects.
