About the Role
This is a Quality Trainee position focused on learning and performing quality control and inspection within the Acetech Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform final inspection of machined components.
- Check component dimensions using precision measuring instruments.
- Understand and interpret engineering drawings.
- Learn to use Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Identify and report defects and dimensional deviations.
- Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
- Ensure components meet the required quality standards before dispatch.
- Follow 5S and workplace safety practices.
Qualifications
- Freshers interested in building a career in Quality Control and Inspection.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical components and engineering drawings is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn measuring instruments and inspection procedures.
- Good observation skills and attention to detail.
Training and Development
- Practical training in quality inspection.
- Hands-on experience in precision engineering and manufacturing.
- Opportunity to develop technical skills in the Quality Department.
