About the Role
Firstsource is hiring for an International Voice Support Executive for a UK Telecom Process in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer concerns related to telecom products and services.
- Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain quality standards and achieve performance metrics.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- English Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge and typing skills required.
- Work Flexibility: Willing to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
- Facility: Two-way cab facility available.
- Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives.
Qualifications
- Education: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, Diploma can apply.
