ERP Full Stack Developer (MERN & NestJS)

About the Role

Gway Tech Solutions Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic, analytical, and technology-driven freshers for its ERP development team. This role involves working on GwayERP and other enterprise application projects, gaining practical experience in developing scalable business applications using NestJS, Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, and modern AI-assisted development tools. Candidates should possess a strong programming foundation, a genuine interest in software development, and a willingness to learn new technologies, understand business processes, and contribute to real-world ERP applications. The role encompasses the complete software development lifecycle: requirement understanding, development, debugging, testing, deployment support, and maintenance. • ERP Application Development
• Understand ERP requirements and business workflows.
• Develop and maintain ERP modules under guidance.

• Develop an understanding of enterprise workflows including: Sales, Purchase, Procurement, Inventory, Production and Manufacturing, Finance and Accounts, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Service Management, HR and Payroll, Project Management, Reports and Dashboards, Master Data Management, Approval Workflows, User and Role Management, Notifications, API Integrations, Document Management.
• Translate business requirements into technical implementations (Business Requirement → Workflow → API → Database → User Interface → Validation → Testing).

• Backend Development
• Learn, develop, and maintain backend services using NestJS, Node.js, TypeScript, REST API development, Mongoose ODM, MongoDB.
• Implement API integrations, request validation, error handling, authentication, authorization, and business logic.
• Perform backend debugging and optimization.
• Frontend Development
• Develop and maintain user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, Redux-Saga, Formik, React Hook Form (RHF).
• Create reusable React components, manage state, integrate REST APIs, perform form validation, and develop responsive UIs.
• MongoDB & Database Development
• Gain practical experience with MongoDB in enterprise applications.
• Understand MongoDB collections and documents, Mongoose schemas, and develop database queries.
• Implement CRUD operations and understand relationships between ERP entities.
• Learn MongoDB aggregation pipelines and basic database performance optimization.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency, handling database changes carefully.
• AI-Assisted Development
• Actively use AI tools to improve development speed, accuracy, and problem-solving.
• Utilize AI for understanding code, generating suggestions, debugging, explaining concepts, refactoring, developing API functionality, creating test cases, understanding queries, preparing documentation, investigating approaches, and identifying edge cases.
