Full Stack Developer, Web & Digital Media

About the Role

RACE Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Full Stack Developer – Web & Digital Media to join their technology and digital solutions team. This role involves developing modern web applications, digital platforms, and business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Web Development & Application Management

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications using Next.js and MERN Stack technologies.

• Develop frontend interfaces, backend services, REST APIs, and database integrations.

• Build and maintain business dashboards, admin panels, and web-based applications.

• Ensure website performance, responsiveness, security, and SEO compatibility.

• Integrate third-party APIs, automation tools, and cloud-based services.

• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and maintain existing platforms.

• Collaborate with internal teams to implement new features and digital solutions.

• Digital Media & Creative Support

• Support website content updates, landing pages, and digital marketing activities.

• Assist in creating social media graphics, promotional banners, and digital creatives.

• Contribute to basic image editing, video editing, and promotional content development.

• Support SEO activities, website analytics, and online marketing initiatives.

• Coordinate with marketing teams to improve digital presence and user engagement.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js
• Database: MongoDB
• UI Frameworks: Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap
• API Integration: REST APIs, JSON, third-party integrations
• Version Control: Git, GitHub
• Deployment: Vercel, cloud hosting platforms
• Other: Responsive web design, debugging, performance optimization, and basic technical SEO.
• Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in full stack development.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Next.js, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB (MERN Stack).
• Good understanding of Next.js and MERN Stack development.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across teams.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, digital tools, and development frameworks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Added Advantage (Not Mandatory)

• Digital Marketing: SEO, social media marketing and content management, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, digital campaign management.
• Graphic Design & Image Editing: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma, social media posters, banners, marketing creatives, image editing.
• Video Editing & Digital Content: Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar tools, short-form video editing, reels, promotional videos, basic animation and motion graphics.
• Emerging Technologies: Familiarity with AI-powered development and creative tools, understanding of web automation and AI integrations.
• Additional skills in digital marketing, graphic design, image editing, video editing, and social media content creation.
• GitHub profile, project portfolio, or previous work samples.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and practical projects.
