Social Media & Content Creation Intern

About the Role

Vistoma Digital is seeking a Social Media & Content Creation Intern. This internship offers the opportunity to work on real projects for brands across different industries, gain hands-on experience in content shoots, video editing, and social media management, and build a diverse portfolio. Interns will learn how creative ideas are developed, executed, and evaluated, and work closely with a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Shoot high-quality photos and videos for brands, products, events, and client campaigns.
• Reels & Video Editing: Edit engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos, incorporating transitions, captions, music, and creative effects.
• Trend Research: Identify trending audio, viral content formats, emerging trends, and creative opportunities for different brands.
• Content Ideation: Brainstorm fresh content ideas, concepts, hooks, and storytelling approaches.
• Client Shoots: Participate in on-location shoots across Pune, assisting with planning, filming, and content execution.
• Social Media Management: Assist with content calendars, scheduling, publishing, and platform-specific content.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance, analyze engagement, and identify opportunities to improve future content.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Must own an iPhone/Camera suitable for shooting high-quality photos and videos.
• Must be based in Pune and available for in-person client shoots.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, and current social media trends.
• Basic video editing skills using tools such as VN, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Good sense of visual composition, framing, lighting, and storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with a team.
• A portfolio or samples of previously created videos/Reels are required. Personal projects and college work are welcome.

Nice to Have

• Experience creating content for brands, businesses, or personal social media pages.
• Familiarity with Canva, Lightroom, or other creative tools.
• Basic understanding of Instagram analytics and content performance.
• Interest in photography, videography, and digital marketing.
