About the Role

Join Renewal by Andersen of Boise's fastest-growing team as a Direct Marketing Associate. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to connect with homeowners, generate leads, and represent a leading brand in the window and door industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods by canvassing.
• Spark meaningful conversations with potential customers.
• Generate high-quality leads for Renewal by Andersen's windows and doors.
• Help customers envision how Renewal by Andersen products can enhance their homes.

Compensation

• $20/hr base + uncapped commissions and bonuses.
• Most team members average $25-$30/hour.
• Top performers average $35-$40/hour and exceed $100,000/year.

Schedule

• Full-time: 40 hours weekly.
• Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM.

Interview Process

• 1st Round: Phone Interview with Recruiter.
• 2nd Round: In Person Interview with Hiring Team.

Requirements & Tech Stack
