About the Role
Motion Creators is a digital media company focused on producing engaging video content for a variety of brands and platforms. This is a full-time remote role for a Video Editor.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and refine raw footage into cohesive, engaging videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and other digital channels.
- Organize media assets.
- Select and trim clips.
- Sync audio.
- Apply transitions.
- Integrate motion graphics and visual elements.
- Perform color grading.
- Make basic sound adjustments.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Collaborate closely with producers, designers, and other team members.
- Manage multiple deadlines.
- Deliver export-ready files optimized for different platforms.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Video Production

- Video Color Grading
- Basic audio adjustments
- Motion Graphics
- Graphics for enhancing visual storytelling
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) is beneficial.
- Proficiency with motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Experience adapting content for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, social media, websites) and aspect ratios is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail is beneficial.
- Strong time management is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment is beneficial.
- Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in film, media, or a related field is beneficial.
