About the Role
Novatio Digital is a creative-tech studio managing social media and content for brands across jewellery, fashion, furniture, and manufacturing. We are looking for a creative content mind to script, plan, and run content for our client brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Write reel scripts and captions that get watched and shared.
- Build and maintain monthly content calendars for client brands.
- Come up with fresh content ideas tailored to each brand.
- Coordinate with our designer and videographer to get content made and posted.
- Keep client social media accounts active, consistent, and on-brand.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong writing in Hindi & English, especially punchy scripts and captions.
- Organized enough to juggle content for more than one brand.
- Based in Delhi NCR, comfortable with hybrid working (mix of in-office and remote).
Qualifications
- Freshers with a genuine creative mindset, who understand what makes content work on platforms like Instagram/reels and can write.
- OR 6 months–1 year of experience in content / social media.
