About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Food and Beverage Associate role based at a Sarovar Hotels property in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sales activities, including responding to inquiries.
• Support corporate and group bookings.
• Maintain positive relationships with guests, travel partners, and local businesses.
• Coordinate food and beverage operations.
• Take and process orders.
• Support banquet and event setups.
• Ensure service standards.
• Promote menu offerings.
• Handle guest interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and sales.
• Collaborate with the front office and kitchen teams.
• Support promotional campaigns for rooms, dining, and events.
• Focus on guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Adhere to Sarovar Hotels’ operating procedures.
